What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and simple refreshments. Inclusions might vary according to the type of service — for instance, sunset cruises offer upgraded refreshments and snacks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and corporate-friendly catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
For best availability, we suggest reserving your charter 2–3 weeks ahead, and during our busiest period (May–September), even earlier. For business functions and special events, consider booking 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and to accommodate custom requests.
What if the weather turns bad?
Our foremost concern is your safety. In the case of hazardous weather conditions, as determined by our captain, we will suggest an alternative date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if the weather is dubious 24 hours prior to your trip.
Can I carry my own food and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own food and drinks aboard. That said, we also provide excellent catering services that can be personalized to your taste preferences. Do take note that for safety purposes, we don't allow glass containers.
Is there access for guests with mobility challenges?
We endeavor to make our services accessible to all. Some yachts are fitted with features that facilitate easier access than others. Contact us with details of your requirements during the booking process and we'll recommend a suitable vessel and make the necessary preparations.
What is the policy on cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours before departure, a full refund is granted. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, the fee is non-refundable, except if due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our end.
